A special session entitled “SONDRA – France-Singapore Lab 20 years of collaboration in Radar” was held at the International Radar conference 2024 in Rennes this last week. 

Five presentations which describe part of the activities of the lab were given by Yanisse Boudrouz 3rd year PhD, “Deep-learning Based Wall Mitigation Method for Through-the-wall Radar Imaging” Shawn Lim from DSO, “VAE Latent Traversal for Radar Clutter Suppression” Quentin GABOT 2nd year PhD, “Preserving Polarimetric properties in PolSAR image reconstruction through Complex-Value Autencoders” Dr. Pasumarthi Babu Sree Harsha ex-SONDRA postdoc, Multi-frequency GNSS monitoring and analysing the ionospheric scintillation effects for L-band SAR” and Laetitia Thirion-Lefevre Professor CentraleSupélec, “SAR time series for under canopy detection”.

It closed this year of 20th anniversary celebrations of the lab. On the way for a next decade !
